New investments are triggered in areas where appealing return percentages are expected. In the current market, significant price corrections and growing economy offer attractive investment opportunities in Michigan and Florida.

AWF’s strategy is focussed on high returns in a short period. One way to do this is with a ‘flip and buy’ strategy where AWF acquires properties and sells them as soon as possible to local home owners. Another way is with a ‘buy & hold’ strategy where AWF acquires properties with the purpose of keeping them as rental property and selling them in a few years. To reduce the risks AWF invests without any financial leverages.
